Terms of Use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and the operator of the VisionMorphic service (referred to as “VisionMorphic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the website, creative workspace, account features, generated media, paid plans, credits, and related services that link to these terms.

VisionMorphic is operated by an independent developer. Questions about the operator, service, payments, or these terms may be sent to support@visionmorphic.com.

Additional terms shown during checkout, in a plan description, or for a specific feature also apply. If those additional terms conflict with these terms, the more specific terms control for that feature or transaction.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms for you. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for consent, that higher age applies.

• You must sign in using a Google account and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account and device secure.
• You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse another person’s account or credentials.
• Contact us promptly if you believe your account or content has been accessed without authorization.

VisionMorphic lets users submit prompts and reference media, request AI video generation, manage generation records, download available results, and use account, credit, billing, and subscription features. Features, providers, model behavior, limits, and availability may change over time.

VisionMorphic is an independent product built on third-party AI models, including Seedance 2.0. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ByteDance or any other model developer, and model names are used only to describe which models the service uses.

AI generation is probabilistic. A request may fail, take longer than expected, produce an unintended result, or return content similar to content generated for another user. You should review every output before relying on, publishing, or distributing it.

“User Content” means prompts, images, video, audio, files, feedback, and other material you submit. You keep any rights you already have in User Content. You grant VisionMorphic a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the service, including through the service providers described in our Privacy Policy.

• VisionMorphic permits commercial use of outputs generated while your account has Basic, Pro, or Ultra access, subject to these terms and applicable third-party rights. This permission continues after you cancel your subscription. Outputs generated on Free are for non-commercial use; upgrading later does not retroactively grant them commercial permission.
• This permission concerns your use of VisionMorphic outputs. It does not guarantee copyright protection or grant rights to another person’s likeness, music, trademarks, or other protected material.
• You must have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to submit and use User Content.
• You are responsible for your prompts, reference media, generated outputs, and how you use or distribute them.
• VisionMorphic does not guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection.
• Your ability to use an output may depend on applicable law, third-party rights, provider terms, and the source material you supplied.

You may not use VisionMorphic to create, upload, request, distribute, or facilitate content or conduct that:

• violates law, another person’s rights, privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or contractual obligations;
• exploits or sexualizes minors, depicts non-consensual intimate content, or promotes abuse or human trafficking;
• depicts explicit or sexually suggestive content or nudity, graphic violence or gore, or promotes self-harm;
• promotes hatred or violent extremism, or provides instructions for illegal drugs, weapons, or other serious wrongdoing;
• places a real person’s face or likeness into generated media without their consent, including face-swap and deepfake content;
• fraudulently impersonates, harasses, threatens, defames, or materially deceives another person;
• uses manipulated or synthetic media to mislead people about a material fact without any disclosure or consent required by law;
• contains malware, attempts unauthorized access, interferes with the service, or circumvents security, usage, or provider safeguards; or
• uses automated means to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the service beyond the access we provide.

Our Acceptable Use Policy explains these rules in more detail, including how prompts and uploaded images are screened before generation, and forms part of these terms.

We may review reported activity and take proportionate action, including removing access to content or suspending an account. This section does not require us to monitor every request or output.

Some generation features consume credits or require a paid plan. The plan and checkout surfaces show the applicable price, currency, billing cadence, and included credits before purchase. These terms and any checkout-specific notice form part of the transaction. Credits are a limited service entitlement, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold unless we expressly allow it.

• Subscription credits are a monthly allowance: each new credit period replaces the unused subscription balance rather than carrying it forward. Annual plans are billed annually but receive credits monthly during the paid annual term. Free credits are a separate balance and remain separate when your plan changes.
• Payments and recurring subscription approvals are processed by PayPal. VisionMorphic does not receive your full card or bank-account details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Cancel from your Account page to stop future renewals. Unless a refund, payment reversal, or suspension changes your entitlement, your paid access continues until the end of the paid billing period. You can also manage automatic payments in PayPal or contact support if you cannot cancel in your account.
• If submission fails, the provider rejects the task, or generation reaches a confirmed failed, error, or canceled state, we restore the credits charged for that task once. A queued or processing task is not refunded solely because it is taking longer than expected. Restored credits are not a cash refund.
• You can request a self-service cash refund from Account for your first successful paid transaction within 7 days of PayPal confirmation. Requests with no or limited use of paid credits may be approved automatically; other requests and payment-security concerns are reviewed. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Contact support for other refund requests or to ask us to review a decision.
• An account may complete at most one self-service cash refund in its lifetime. These self-service limits do not restrict refunds or remedies required by applicable law, or support review of duplicate or unauthorized charges and service failures.
• If a refund is approved and confirmed by PayPal, unused credits attributable to that paid transaction may be frozen and removed. Credits are eligibility and service-entitlement records, not a cash-conversion formula. Free or promotional credits are not refunded as cash.
• Canceling renewal is separate from requesting a refund. Unless required by law or expressly approved, cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current paid period.
• Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credits.
• Taxes, exchange rates, bank charges, and PayPal terms may apply to a transaction.

We may change prices or plan benefits prospectively. We will provide any notice required by law before a change affects an existing recurring subscription.

Free-plan videos are available for 7 days from creation. Videos generated with paid-plan access, and unexpired Free videos extended by an upgrade, have no automatic expiry while you keep paid access. When paid access ends, they remain available for 30 days and are then deleted; resuming paid access within those 30 days keeps them without expiry. Deleting a video also deletes the reference files it used, unless another of your videos still uses them. Uploaded files that no video uses are deleted 7 days after upload. Storage ending does not change the commercial-use permission of videos generated with paid-plan access. Keep your own copies of important results.

Storage without automatic expiry means we do not apply a scheduled age-based expiry to those videos. It does not prevent deletion at your request, account closure, removal required by law or these terms, or the service ending. It applies to generated videos, not a promise to archive every uploaded reference. Any storage rights already acquired under an earlier purchase remain unaffected by this clarification.

VisionMorphic relies on third parties for important functions, including Google authentication, AI video generation and content-moderation providers, Cloudflare object storage, and PayPal payments. Your use of those functions may also be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Providers may experience outages or make decisions outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible for our own service obligations and any responsibilities that applicable law places on us. Provider involvement does not remove your rights under these terms.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, legal, safety, provider, or business reasons. We do not promise that VisionMorphic will always be available, error-free, compatible with every device, or able to preserve every request or result.

You are responsible for maintaining compatible equipment, internet access, and local copies of important content. Maintenance, model queues, provider limits, and events beyond our control may affect performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionMorphic is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. You are responsible for obtaining professional review before using an output for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionMorphic and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or the cost of substitute services arising from your use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, each exclusion or limitation in these terms applies only to the fullest extent permitted, and nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the service at any time. You may delete your account from Account or request closure by contacting support. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a suspected violation, security risk, unpaid amount, legal requirement, provider restriction, or material harm to VisionMorphic or others.

Account closure or suspension may make content unavailable. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions—survive termination.

We may update these terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or operational changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.

Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Any unresolved dispute remains subject to applicable law and the authority of a court or tribunal with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected.
