At a glance: no sexual or sexually suggestive content, nothing involving minors in a sexual or harmful way, no deepfakes or face swaps of real people, and no violent, hateful, or illegal content. Every prompt and uploaded image is screened automatically before generation, and blocked requests are not generated.

1. Scope

This policy applies to everything you submit to VisionMorphic—prompts, images, video, audio, and other reference media—and to every video generated with the service, whether or not you publish it. It forms part of our Terms of Use. If this policy and the Terms both address a situation, the stricter rule applies.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use VisionMorphic to create, upload, or request content that:

  • is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive, or depicts nudity, including artistic, “NSFW,” or “18+” requests;
  • involves minors in any sexual, suggestive, exploitative, or abusive context, or sexualizes anyone who appears to be a minor;
  • depicts non-consensual intimate content or promotes abuse, exploitation, or human trafficking;
  • shows graphic violence, gore, or cruelty, or promotes or instructs self-harm or suicide;
  • promotes hatred, harassment, or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics, or praises or recruits for violent extremism;
  • provides instructions for, or promotes, illegal drugs, weapons, fraud, or other serious wrongdoing;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights you do not hold; or
  • is designed to mislead people about real events, such as fabricated news footage or election content, without clear disclosure.

3. Real people and likeness

VisionMorphic does not offer face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation features, and you may not use it to produce that kind of content by other means. In particular, you may not:

  • place a real person’s face, body, or voice into generated media without their consent;
  • upload images of another identifiable person unless you have their permission to use their likeness this way;
  • impersonate a real person, public figure, or organization, or make them appear to say or do something they did not; or
  • depict a real person in any sexual, suggestive, humiliating, or defamatory way, even with consent.

4. Prohibited conduct

  • Rewording, encoding, or splitting requests to get around content screening or provider safeguards.
  • Using automation, scraping, or multiple accounts to abuse credits, the Free plan, refunds, or service limits.
  • Reselling access to VisionMorphic or offering it as part of another service without our written permission.
  • Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with the service or other users.

5. How we moderate

Before any video is generated, your prompt and every uploaded image are checked by automated content moderation. If the check finds prohibited content, the request is blocked and the credits charged for it are returned. If the check cannot be completed, the request is not generated.

The AI models we use through third-party providers apply their own safety filters, which may block additional requests. Automated screening is not perfect, and passing it does not make content allowed: you remain responsible for what you submit and how you use the results.

6. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and frequency of a violation, we may:

  • block the request or remove access to the generated content;
  • warn you, restrict features, or suspend or close your account; and
  • report content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, or other serious illegal activity, to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.

7. Reporting

If you see content made with VisionMorphic that breaks this policy, or believe your likeness or rights have been misused, email support@visionmorphic.com with a description and any relevant links. We review reports and respond as quickly as we can.
