A 5-second 720p video uses 80 credits, so each month Basic makes about 7, Pro about 45, and Ultra about 112. Rates are 8 / 16 / 40 credits per second at 480p / 720p / 1080p, and a reference video's length also counts at a lower rate. The Generate button shows the exact cost before you submit, and failed generations return their credits.
Within 7 days of your first paid transaction, you can request a refund from Account. If you used no or few paid credits it is usually approved automatically; otherwise we review it, and approved refunds usually cover the unused part of the payment. Each account can complete one self-service refund. See the Terms of Use for details.
Yes. Cancel from your Account page, under Plan details. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Canceling does not refund the current period.
Subscription credits do not roll over: each monthly credit period replaces the unused balance with your plan allowance. Annual plans are billed once per year and receive credits monthly. Your separate Free-credit balance is not affected.
Paid access continues until the end of your billing period. After it ends, videos made on a paid plan stay available for 30 days and are then deleted; subscribing again within those 30 days keeps them. They keep their commercial-use permission either way. Free-plan videos are available for 7 days and are not licensed for commercial use. Download important results.
Checkout and renewals are handled by PayPal; VisionMorphic never receives your full card details. For any plan or billing question, email support@visionmorphic.com from your account email.
