Wan 3.0 video generator

Wan 3.0 is Alibaba's AI video model, launched August 24, 2026. It makes 2–30-second videos at up to 1080p with sound, from text, photos, up to 10 reference images, video and audio clips, or a document or web page.

Try it in your browser: new accounts get 40 free credits, enough for a 10-second 480p video. No card needed.

Made with Wan 3.0 from one text prompt: 20 seconds at 1080p, the same courier in three scenes, with the lines, rain and kitchen sounds generated with the picture. Turn the sound on to hear them.
Prompt
Cinematic 20-second short film, one continuous story in three beats with the same young courier throughout: a woman in her twenties with a short black bob, a yellow rain jacket and a red messenger bag. 0–7s: Night, heavy rain, a narrow Tokyo alley glowing with paper lanterns. She sprints between puddles toward the camera, checks a paper delivery slip and says, out of breath: "Three minutes. I can make it." 7–14s: She cuts through a busy ramen shop, ducking under the steam above the counter. The cook shouts: "Hey! Back door!" and points; she laughs and slips past him. 14–20s: She bursts out onto a wet rooftop above the city lights as the rain eases, and hands a small paper parcel to an old man waiting under an umbrella. He opens it, sees a hot steamed bun, and smiles: "Right on time." Slow push-in on her grin. Natural film look, handheld tracking camera, real rain, the same face and outfit in every shot. Sound: rain, footsteps, a sizzling kitchen, distant traffic, and the three spoken lines in English. No subtitles, no on-screen text.

What is Wan 3.0 good at?

Long videos in one take, many references at once, and videos built from a document or a web page, with sound you can keep or turn off.

Up to 30 seconds in one generation

Wan 3.0 makes 2–30-second videos in a single pass, twice the 15 seconds of Wan 2.7. The sample above is 20 seconds and three scenes from one prompt.

Let the model pick the length

Choose Auto and Wan 3.0 decides how long the video should be for your prompt. You only pay for the seconds it makes: credits for 30 seconds are held and the rest comes back.

Many references at once

Up to 10 images, 5 video clips and 5 audio files per video, mentioned in the prompt as @Image1, @Video1, @Audio1. Audio can even be the only reference.

Video from a document or a web page

Add a PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, TXT or Markdown file, or a public web page, and Wan 3.0 builds the video from what it says. Useful for product decks and launch pages.

Sound on or off

Dialogue, sound effects and music are generated with the picture. Turn Generate Audio off for a silent clip; the price is the same either way.

First and last frame

Start from a photo, or give a first and a last frame and Wan 3.0 fills in the motion between them, keeping the shape of your start frame.

How much does Wan 3.0 cost?

4 credits per second at 480p, 7 at 720p and 13 at 1080p, with or without sound. 480p and 720p are open to free accounts; 1080p needs Basic or higher. A reference video's length is counted at the same rate. Pick a length and resolution to see what it costs:
