Plans & prices
All prices are in USD. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are paid in full for the year, even though the pricing page also shows a monthly equivalent.
Sign-in: Your sign-in session lasts up to 7 days. Sign in with Google again when it expires. Signing out ends the current session. Checkout availability: VisionMorphic may temporarily pause new subscriptions or plan changes while keeping sign-in, current benefits, existing PayPal renewals, cancellation, refunds, and account status available. Pricing shows when new checkout is paused.
Paid plans also remove the watermark and keep videos without automatic expiry. Every plan, including Free, can contact email support. PayPal, taxes, currency conversion, and bank fees may affect the final provider amount.
Open current pricingEmails and receipts
Transactional emails confirm activation, record completed renewal payments, and warn you before the next automatic PayPal charge.
Sent once after the first completed subscription payment and paid credits are applied.
Sent after each later automatic payment is verified and its subscription credits are applied.
Sent when the next automatic billing time enters the 7-day reminder window.
Sent again when the next automatic billing time enters the final 24-hour window.
Where emails go: reminders use the current email on your VisionMorphic account. Keep that inbox available and check spam or filtered folders if a message is missing.
What a renewal receipt contains: the charged plan, completed amount and currency, paid time, credits added, PayPal transaction ID, and the next renewal time reported by PayPal. You receive one receipt per payment.
When reminders stop: a canceled subscription is rechecked before delivery and does not receive a reminder for a future automatic renewal. If PayPal changes the next billing time, VisionMorphic follows the updated time.
If renewal fails: VisionMorphic emails the account when PayPal reports a failed payment or suspends the subscription. During PayPal’s retry period, paid features remain available but a new cycle allowance is not granted. After suspension, the account moves to Free and unused subscription credits are removed while Free credits remain. Update the payment method in PayPal, then use Retry payment on Pricing. VisionMorphic restores the plan only after PayPal verifies the recovered payment and active subscription.
A VisionMorphic renewal receipt records the payment accepted by the service; it is not a tax invoice. Your Account page and your PayPal activity remain the source of truth for the current subscription status and provider transaction.
Plan changes
Plan level takes priority over billing cycle: Basic → Pro → Ultra is an upgrade. Every lower-tier move is a downgrade, even when the target uses annual billing.
VisionMorphic calculates the remaining value of both plans for the same time left in your current billing period. First, PayPal collects only the difference. Second, you authorize the target subscription to begin on the original renewal date. Benefits change only after both approvals finish.
Example: Basic monthly → Pro monthly, or Basic yearly → Pro yearly
Your remaining monthly-plan value is applied to the target plan’s first annual term. First, PayPal collects the first-year price minus that credit. Second, you authorize annual renewal to begin one year later. After both approvals, annual benefits start immediately and the old monthly subscription is cancelled. If the second approval is not completed, the first payment is refunded and your current plan stays active.
Example: Basic monthly → Pro yearly, or Basic monthly → Basic yearly
An annual subscription cannot switch into a monthly subscription in the middle of its paid annual period. The monthly target begins on the existing annual renewal date, with no charge today.
Example: Basic yearly → Pro monthly, or Pro yearly → Basic monthly
The new lower plan is scheduled for the next renewal date. The amount due today is $0.00, and there is no immediate cash refund.
Example: Ultra monthly → Pro yearly, Pro monthly → Basic monthly, and every other lower-tier change
Same-cycle example
For example, if the Basic value for the remaining period is $4.95 and the Pro value for that same remaining period is $24.95, the amount due today is $20.00. PayPal first collects that difference, then asks you to authorize Pro renewal from the original renewal date. Pro benefits begin only after both approvals finish.
Cross-cycle example
If the annual price is $94.80 and $4.95 of the current month remains, PayPal charges $89.85 for the first annual term. You then authorize the regular $94.80 yearly renewal to begin one year later. The $4.95 is applied once as a credit; it is not refunded separately.
Immediate changes can be blocked when the current payment cannot be verified, another change is processing, or the subscription is too close to renewal. Amounts may move by a few cents while approval time passes; review the final PayPal receipt.
After PayPal approves a renewal-time downgrade, Account and Pricing show the target plan and effective date while the current benefits remain active. Before renewal, you can keep the current plan or choose another target on Pricing. Each new PayPal-approved choice replaces the earlier scheduled change; if you leave PayPal without approving, the earlier schedule stays in place. Upgrades still start immediately. If you upgrade again before the first regular renewal, VisionMorphic reuses the original billing-period dates, charges only the new remaining-value difference, and replaces the previously authorized future renewal after both new approvals finish.
After you return from PayPal, VisionMorphic waits for PayPal to confirm the payment, then adds your paid credits and shows a confirmation with your new plan. You can safely leave the page while this is pending; your plan and credits update automatically the next time you visit.
Refund rules
VisionMorphic treats a cash refund and a credit return as different things. The rules below explain which one applies.
Only an immediate plan change that crosses billing cycles uses the automatic replace-and-refund path. The unused time value of the old payment returns to that original PayPal sale or capture.
A generation that fails, is rejected, or is canceled returns the credits charged for that task. This restores your credit balance; it is not a cash refund.
Only the first successful paid transaction may be submitted from Account within 7 days of PayPal confirmation. If no paid credits were used, or only a limited amount, and the payment passes our security checks, the request may be approved automatically. Other requests are reviewed by an administrator. An approved refund also cancels the subscription and removes that payment’s unused paid credits.
Requests where more than a limited amount of paid credits was used, duplicate or unauthorized charges, service failures, and legal exceptions receive manual review. An account can complete at most one self-service refund for its lifetime; later purchases remain usable but need support for exceptional cases. If PayPal confirms a refund, unused credits from that payment are removed; free and promotional credits are not converted to cash or removed as part of that refund.
Some payments may be held or canceled after a security or payment review. If you believe your payment was affected incorrectly, contact support with the PayPal transaction ID and amount. Never send a password or full payment credentials.
Refund timing
A plan-change confirmation is the source of the expected refund amount. PayPal or the funding bank controls when a completed refund becomes visible. If it is still missing after the provider’s processing window, contact support with the original transaction ID.
Cancellation
Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Stopping renewal does not automatically return the current billing-period payment.
Your Account page always shows your current plan and access. If the plan does not update as expected around the displayed period end, contact support.
